In 1984 approximately 1200 people were 2000 milers-that did all of the AT
either as a thru-hike or in pieces. I would like to know what the numbers
have been since then. How many 2000 milers are there? What is the current
amount of expected thru-hike attempts and successes? Does anyone have this
data or do I have to go through the ATC office to obtain it?
