Just because it takes me 12 hours to hike 5 miles and I list precariously to
port is no reason to assume I have a peg leg -- actually,  have you seen Peg's
legs?  They are quite a sight,  but apparently she has misplaced them.
Perhaps yours is one of hers.  She needs them badly as twin sister Meg now
taunts her mercilessly.  Perhaps Meg left you the leg.  Do you know where the
other is?  Peg is quite beside herself -- which looks about the same as when
Meg is beside her,  except for the legs.
