Re: [at-l] 98 Thruhikers Get together

Wow,

	What a great weekend it was! I think it was even better than last years
get together at Harpers Ferry! It was nice to see some old friends
again. I really enjoyed meeting some more folks from the AT-L sig. Also
I made some new friends from ATML sig. We all shared our experiences and
gave our advice. I picked up a couple of great new ideas from the
meeting and I think everyone was able to learn something.
	The Ha's opened their house to us and even bent the rules quite a bit.
Many of us stayed up to the wee hours, way past the 10:00 "quite"
curfew. Like excited children we did not want the day to end! 
	We shared many different foods including some jerky made from EMU, boy
was it good. Saturday dinner was a master piece. Thanks to the Chef's
for the delicious food.
