The 1998 Slackpack Tour, a six-month-long supported northbound hike of
the Appalachian Trail, kicks off from Springer Mountain on the 22nd of
March. Your host will be Richard "Pittsburgh" Mann. Support duties will
be handled by Jan "Tagalong" Kerns. Coordination with the "real world"
will be handled by Kahley "Kahlena" Hubitsky.

Also offered are thirteen two-week-long section hikes that run concurrent
with the Slackpack Tour. Backpackers can benefit from other offered
