The numbers I found from digging around in my old pilot books are:

Dry adiabatic lapse rate is 5.4 F / 1000 ft.
Saturated adiabatic lapse rate is 2.0 F / 1000 ft.

It can of course vary quite a bit depending on weather conditions.
