[at-l] Is this El Ninio?

First, let me apologize for not saving the links you all provided for El Ninio
info.
It just seemed like alot of weatherman hype....like the TV guys that freak at
the first sign of a flake, sending people panicky to buy milk and bread.

But I'm sitting here watching the tiny run that passes my home, running high and

chocolate, and last nite's _low_ broke a 90 yr old _high_ temp. record.  Snakes
are out, trees are budding and I have petunias  blooming in my garden!! In
central
PA...no less.

No way around it....this is weird.  Is this El Ninio?  And what will  happen
this
summer?  I think there is a real, honest to God, meteorologist on this list.
