Re: [at-l] Rattlesnake

Hiya!

I'm not afraid for me! Believe it or not, I used tobe the shill for a carnival
snake show.
You know when the snake guy asks if there is anyone in the crowd that would like
to
touch the snake. That was me! In fact I've had lots of snakes as pets, kept
copperheads
and such until they stopped eating for me. I even brought a western coontail
diamondback rattler back from OK once as a present for the carnie guy.
Somewhere in some archieves, there is a picture of me, draped with two 15 foot
boas
as an ad for the then new snake exhibit of a zoo in Tulsa.

But my dogs have no snake sense. Twice, in the last two years, they've walked
over, or nearly so, copperheads. And I can't see me carrying TeeZee or Nugee
back to the trailhead...
Big worry...did Christy have snake sense? k
