ATML $300,000 outhouse location

Hello All,
	This coming Thursday I will be driving north -> south in the
Delaware Water Gap Park via PA route 209.  Does anyone know where the site
is of the $300,000 outhouse?  Could you send me directions.  I want to see
it.  Can't miss this photo op.   Hell, I might even test it out.
