You might want to take a look at the Walrus Swift.  It wieghs about 3.5
lbs.  I'd also look at the Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight (4 lbs, 4 oz). 
Check out the Integral Designs Sola Bivy.  It weighs about 2.5 lbs.
