[at-l] US58/Mt. Rogers

Just got a report from US Dept of Ag. relative to the relocation of US58 
in the Mt Rogers area. It appears that the relocation has been changed to 
merely straightening a few curves here and there. It is no longer a 
complete relocation that would bisect the heart of MRNRA. Can anyone tell 
me if my perception is correct, or is there a hidden agenda?
