Boy, I missed it! I was just there this weekend and I didn't see it.
Actually an article about this privy was on the front page of the Raleigh
newspaper, headline "Flushing Money".  Says it is located at the trailhead
to Raymondskill Falls. Glad it wasn't on the AT because the article was
slamming the park service for the high cost. When we are begging for money
for the AT we don't need to be associated with government waste! Article
says privy was number ten on the nationwide list of 1994 NPS construction
priorities.
