A big hi to everyone! I just joined the list tonight and thought perhaps
my first action should be to let people know that I"m here :). So, now
you know :) I'm a college student in NY majoring in Russian and German.
I've been planning my thru-hike of the AT for about 3 months now, after
dreaming of it for as long as I knew it existed. I've been backpacking
for about as long as can I remember. As far as I'm concerned, there's
nothing more worthy of my time. Ok, now you know me, carry on with your
normal lives.
