[at-l] Loop on AT in Roanoke area

The loop recently described is good and doable.  I would not count on water
on the North Mt. ridge unless you drop way down.  Even then the weather has
been dry so any source is likely to be down or dry.  You may want to start at
Catawba and head north (counter clockwise )  and do the North Mt leg for a
long last day.  You could possibly ditch some of you gear at the road
crossing (well hidden) and go very light.  The North Mt./ Andy Lane trail are
very rugged and steep and not well maintained to be prepared.
