Suddenly footsteps coming
Approaching from behind
Loud voice booming
"Please step off the trail !"
Parapacker Pedro preaches words of comfort
Milo just hides his eyes
Wingfoot taps his shades
"Is that a Kelty '69 ?"

Destination Hanover, NH
As we pull into the lean-to
Milo grabs the register
Reveals a smile from the past
Beans, a short rope
