[at-l] Approach trail in Ga.

I am planning to hike the approach trail to Springer Mtn. from Amicolola
Falls.  Is it reasonable to plan to Hike up on Saturday, spend the night on
Springer and Hike back down on Sunday???  Is there water and overnight areas
on the mountain?  Thanks to whomever may respond.
