[at-l] Brown Fork Gap Shelter

The latest ATC magazine mentions this new shelter in Tennessee.  Any idea
where it is?  There  is a Brown Gap (no Fork) just south of Max Patch.

Is would be nice if the App Trailway News would have a column devoted
specifically to new shelters,  closed shelters and other major trail changes.
 It seems these things are covered on a hit or miss fashion.  This would help
us update our maps  and books w/o buying new ones.
