[at-l] Books and Bibles in shelters

I have informally polled a number of thru-hikers recently concerning
Books/Bibles in the shelters.  This is of some inportance to me, since I
am dropping paperbacks at all of the shelters as I hike north.  The
concensus:

Bibles - read them if you want, ignore them if you don't, not a problem
having them there.

Books - glad that they are available, reading materials of any kind are
greatly appreciated.
