I always had a problem with cotton underwear - it would get soaked with
sweat, then start cutting into my legs. On more than one occasion I ended up
bleeding. Yuck.

Now I use Coolmax briefs. They don't absorb any water, so they stay drier
and dry within an hour or two. I haven't had any chafing problems in over a
year.

I could just go with nothing, I suppose, but.. . .
