[at-l] 100 mph tape

It's green or olive drab in color.  Maybe even black, depending on 
the brand.  Unlike duct tape, you cannot tear it with your hands.  It 
has to be cut with a knife, at least to get it started.  You can find 
the stuff at just about any military surplus store.  It's also 
thinner and more "sticky'er" than regular duct tape.

In the airline industry it's called "speed tape."  Trust me, it's 
not just the military that repairs wings with it.  Next time you fly, 
check out the green spots on the wings.... Don't worry, the FAA says 
it good.  You can trust them, right?
