[at-l] Lost Mountain Shelter in Mt Rogers NRA

My AT map for Mt Rogers shows a proposed shelter near Lost Mt.,  just south
of 
Whitetop.  In reading a journal of a thru-hikers,  it seems this shelter may
be open.  I would appreciate any info on this,  water near,  distance off
trail,  accommodations,  exact location.
