Well, I hiked thru there a couple of years ago. I didn't get off the
trail, so I'm not sure what the road was like. But I can tell yoy
that there were sure a lot of dayhikers around. I have to believe
that the road up there was open and in good shape at the time. Sorry
I cant give you a recent report.
