[at-l] May Temperatures in Georgia?

I am going to be doing two weeks on the AT, the first two weeks in May,
starting at the southern end in Georgia.  

I have a choice of two sleeping bags.  My winter one, the heavier one, is
good down to around zero.  My summer one, far lighter, is good down to maybe
40.

What are the over-nite low temperatures I am going to encounter in Georgia in
early May?  

I am guessing I should go with the winter bag.  Yes?
