Changing clothes while in a sleeping bag is a workable option but I think
there is a better one. Just close your eyes until you are done, that way
you don't know if anyone is watching or not.  What you don't
know..........

On the serious side, I have found that hikers are generally very
considerate of their fellow shelter dwellers. Hopeful
