[at-l] Bag Liners

Does anyone make a Thermax or other synthetic bag liner.  All I see is cotton
(kills, right??) and silk (Like a nighty).  I am looking into a bivy bag and
liner in the summer,  sans a bag.

Where can you buy Thermax,  ect,  since sewing one myself might be the way to
go.
