I am not making this up (really), but one morning the local radio host 
for Weekend Edition on NPR said, with an apparently straight face,

"The Richmond area can expect to experience some weather through tonight 
and into tomorrow."

Well, duh.

So my prediction is that this summer will bring a 3-month period of 
weather. Hey, if you hear it on the radio, it must be true.
