[at-l] predictions?

At least around here (Southern Tier NY) we have had almost a non existant
winter. Last time that happened (2 or 3 years ago) Summer ended up being
VERY hot and very DRY. And that is exactly what the locals are predicting
again. This may be different for the areas that got hammered with winter
snow/precipitation, but around here, there was next to nothing.
