I change my socks at EVERY break (I take a 15 minute break every 2 hours) and 
stop and remove any debris that's gotten into my shoes as soon as I feel it.

100 MPH tape? I normally hike at about 3-1/3 MPH. Will it work for me?  ;-)

Seriously, what is 100 MPH tape?
