<Blisters! Anyone have any tips on how to avoid them?>

This method comes from a friend of mine who thru-hiked the trail last year, and
picked up this method in the process. She would rub Vaseline on her feet. She
said it was kind of gross at first, but that you get used to it. I have not
tried it because i have never had a problem with blisters, but i have a feeling
i might be field testing it at least a few times between this April and
September :-)
