My sister and I were packing my first maildrop box yesterday and the subject
of sewing kit came up.  What might I need to sew that I can't fix with a
safety pin?  Or, what kinds of things did you sew?  I will probably carry a
needle because it was suggested I might need to remove a splinter, but maybe
I'm too hopeful that I won't need to sew anything.
