I suggest the ATC/NPS use eminent domain authority to "purchase" as much of
the viewshed as possible, then erect a HUGE fence that would keep all naked
animals off the trail be they homo sapiens or ursa majoris. This is the
only logical way to not discriminate against certain animal species that
decide walk around in their natural state. :~)))
