[at-l] Re:Loops in the Smokies

There are many loops in the smokies. Get a good map, plan, and have fun.
Be flexible. I made a base camp near a stream on the southern side and
did day loop hikes for a couple of days. That was a lot of fun. Didn't
have to pack all that weight every day. Make sure you register with the
park. Cades Cove in the smokies is a pretty hike.
