[at-l] Pack cover

Like Beau, I use a Camp Trails pack cover (5.5 oz).   Wouldn't go out
without it.   My first one lasted for 500 miles before the AT, through
a thruhike and for 1500 miles after I came home before I had to replace it.
Good investment.
