Last year I was cruising around on one of those FS roads near Camp Merrill
in my no-terrain family station wagon, and you know those roads get pretty
narrow... Anyway, I had gone about as far as the old buggy could go and
headed back down. As I came around a blind turn (huggin' the inside
shoulder you know) a troop in Hummers were coming the other way at full
speed. We met head-on, face-to-face as we came around the turn. I was
already on the inside so he turned his wheel to the right going just to
edge of a serious drop and we both ground to a halt with our windows
side-by-side. I'll never forget the look on that guy's face...
