[at-l] Arnica

Lynn:

Arnica belongs to the same family (Compositae) which includes
lettuce, chicory, artichoke, dandelion, Chrysanthemum and the sunflower.
'Arnica montana' is used in the west as a stimulant and tonic plant, as
are other members of the Compositae family. A few members are poisonous.

4 species of the genus Arnica are native to Newfoundland, but
I've never heard of them being used as a remedy of any sort.
