Last summer, while on an AT section hike in S PA, I had the pleasure of
spending a few days walking with a real tent expert. He works in the tent
department of the Campmor outlet store. He said Seam Grip is the best there
is.

Interestingly, Campmor doesn't sell Seam Grip by mail order: it is full of
volatile organic compounds and they can't ship it by the fast FedEx that they
use.
