I have a question for all you Experienced thru hikers ....

One of my biggest concerns is food and logistics.  Is anyone out there
willing to share their resuply schedules.  I have all the guide books with
addresses and such.  I'm interested in actual examples.   Also, what types
of food do you prefer?
