Change employers...get a job with a consulting/temporary firm! I burned out
on corporate jobs last year, and now I feel so much better working as a
consultant. I can take off chunks of time with only a few day's notice. It's
worth the lack of the security blanket to NOT work 12 hours days, thank you
very much.  :)
