	I'm wondering if someone has a better idea of how to cross streams while
backpacking and not get one's feet wet, assuming that there are no bridges,
downed trees, or rocks to hop.  
	My trick is to use plastic garbage bags sort of like hip waders.  They work
OK until holes get in the bags.  After that, I resort to taking my boots off
and putting on my Teva's.   Is there some better solution?
