FWIW I have quite a library on PF......I do ultra distance (26.2+ miles)
running, and my friends and I have quite a bit of experience with this
ailment. It is WAY to long to post to the list, but if anyone wants coppies,
send me a note, and I'll forward them too you.

Also, the best choice for anti-inflamitories is ALEVE (naproxin). For
perscription doses, roughly double what the package insert says.
