I have a dehydrator too, but other than making jerky and drying fruit, I
haven't been creative enough to(nor had the time) to come up with some *real*
recipes.  I think I'll try the  spagetti sauce.  Do you dry the ground turkey
separately, or dry it with the sauce?
Am I to assume you fry the turkey first?
