i have a quick question regarding power/protein shakes. i was thinking
about packing some of the metrx or GNC powder as a source of energy and a
means to combat the previously mentioned loss of muscle and body weight
that thru-hikers are susceptible to. there was a comment here recently
about the lack of calories in these powders.
has anyone tried packing this stuff ?
would the source of protein/energy be sufficient benefit to warrant the weight ?
