Scotty: I used a Ridge Rest for years because of the light weight. Then one day my old bones just kept yelling at me and I changed to a Thermarest. I wish I had done it a *lot* sooner! I I am not familiar with the pad you are talking about however. I always get the 3/4 length pads to save weight and if my feet are cold I throw clothes under them or something.
