I was surprised to find that I didn't have all the books listed on the 
book page that I thought i had - namely - that old 2 Volume set, as well 
as Ed Garvey's book.  I also was thinking I had included publisher and 
date of pub. which was why I asked you for them for the book you 
mentioned.  

Thanks for bringing up the issue.  I think I'll work on an additional 
section for that page to include some of the older books.
