Hi, I'm Marshall DeBerry and I hiked over half the AT last year.
My trail name is Tarkus;  I did the approach trail on March 6, 1994,
and left Springer on March 7, getting off at Hight Point, NJ on July
1.  I got off due to knee and job problems, ie, they wanted me back at
work, and my knees had began to really bother me.  I still plan on finishing
the Trail as soon as I can.  I live in the Northern Virginia area, and am
a member of PATC and the ATC.  I often go hiking on the AT in Shenandoah.
I'm looking forward to the information that this list will be able to
provide.
