[at-l] Re: Weirdest Night Noises



(Bust-On-Clyde Day cont'.)...

Remember during the Stop Smoking Hike the night the three of us were camped near Hogpen Gap, I think. Pittsburgh was there too. We were all worn out after a long day.

Right at dusk, Clyde made us all hush up. There was this little voice crying "Heeeelp! Heeeeelp!" 
Clyde got all excited, urging us to get to our feet and go search for the toddler in distress. 
"There's a kid out there!"
 
He was halfway up the mountain again before we could convince him it was only an owl.
;-)

You all see why Clyde is so much fun to hike with? (Even if he is an opinionated Republican!)
