My Waldies seem to be made of a softer plastic -- at least it feels  
that way to me. More rubbery and cushiony. The Crocs that I have seen  
in local stores have a stiffer feel. They feel more plasticky and  
less rubbery, if that makes any sense <g>.

And yes, they were $20 at Neel's Gap, and they are strapless.
