  I am looking to purchase a new digital camera,  I currently have a fuji Z1400 that is a 1.3 meg.  At the time I bought it in 1999 it was a middle of the road camera.  
   
    I am looking for a camera that has zoom, takes high quality pictures, and is no more that $250.
   
    Anyone have any suggestions?
