Who does things like that?  Hikers to be sure for there is no way to  get 
there except by hiking but what kind of character would do such a  thing?  A 
person with no character.  Someone who is contemptible, or  a mean spirited, 
ignorant individual or group of individuals.  This  type of behavior is disgusting. 
 
Thanks for your efforts in cleaning up the litter.
