[at-l] If ya can't hike today



Well, it wasn't the AT but I took a walk today. It was about 12? with
a "brisk" wind so the wind chill was down around 0?. Makes one keep
moving. Did about 4? miles in an hour and 25 minutes.

That's not to knock reading Mags website. I especially enjoy his
pictures but cold air can be refreshing too.
