Just finished reading "Walkin' with the Ghost Whisperers" - a very enjoyable
read, especially for Trail history buffs.  Model-T did his homework on this
and obliviously spent a fair amount of time researching it.  He has taken
many of the places along the AT and surrounding areas and traced back into
history many of the reasons for the name, what happened there, who the
supposed spooks were - all tied into trail talk.
 
I highly recommend it - and if you haven't read his earlier book - "Walkin'
on the Happy Side of Misery" - you will enjoy that as well..
